Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. The Beauty Kartel hopes you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All sales are final on jewelry, e- books and clothing. For lash supplies please read.

All returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email thebeautykartel@gmail.com to obtain our shipping/return address. Place the item securely in a post bag or box. Please keep your proof of purchase available until the refund is completed (confirmation email).

[Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.]

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 35-40 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund.

Please Note

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund

Only regular priced lash supply items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are all final sale.

Any damaged or defective items will be replaced by the exact same product.
